Orly Holiday 2011 : Ma Cherie & Ingenue - Review, Photos & Swatches

Ma Cherie & Ingenue are part of Orly's Holiday 2011 collection. Ma Cherie is a bright red with a creme finish and Ingenue is a very unique purple gold duo chrome with a ton of shimmer. They are both perfect for this season and apply without being streaky.

Both colors are very opaque and need 2 coats for complete coverage. Since Ingenue is loaded with glitter, it is a little thicker, formula wise and takes a while to dry.

I prefer to use a crystal nail file for my nails but, these cute ones that come with the polish work in a pinch. I've had good luck with Orly Nail Polishes before. They wear really well and the thin brush works very well with my short nails.
Top to Bottom : Ma Cherie, Ingenue
All Orly nail polishes are free of DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde resin.

What are your thoughts on these holiday polishes from Orly?

  8. Ooh, I love Orly Rage. Ingenue has a slight purple duochrome that Orly rage doesn't.Rage is more of a foiled metallic rose gold. Will do a comparison post sometime if you want :D
