L'Occitane Rose des Champs Eau De Toilette

Rose des Champs ($45) is L'Occitane's newest limited-edition fragrance. Descibed as a "green floral", the fragrance smells like a fresh bouquet of roses, fresh, feminine and extremely comforting.

I love rose based scents and it comes as no surprise that this one has become a favourite. It isin't an extremely strong or overpowering scent which makes it perfect for fall. There's a hint of citrus in there along with soft notes of tonka bean. It dries down to a pleasant, delicate fragrance that is very soft and feminine. The fragrance contains wild rose extract which attributes to the true, floral rose scent. You either love or hate such scents and I absolutely love it. L'Occitane has a lot of floral scents and I like how each one of them smell true to the fragrance, far from being artificial.

Rose des Champs is limited-edition so, next time you are at a L'Occitane store, take a whiff of the fragrance. If you love light florals, you will fall in love with this one. Being an EDT, it lasts about 4-5 hours on me. The Rose des Champs range also has a hand cream, body lotion, shower gel and a solid perfume so the fragrance can be layered on for some long lasting goodness!

Have you tried anything from the Rose des Champs line?
