Eau de Lacoste Eau de Parfum

Lacoste's newest scent, Eau de Lacoste ($59; www.lacoste.com) is a new launch -  I think it was launched a while back in Europe & Asia and is a fairly new launch here in the US. Its a light, crisp fruity floral with notes of White Pineapple, Mandarin, Bergamot, Jasmine, Vanilla and Orange Flower. *Press Sample

Eau de Lacoste has a rather simple and sophisticated bottle design. Its a clean white ombre bottle with a metal charm dangling from the bottle cap. The fragrance is very light, quite fruity and perfect for spring and summer. Its nice to wear during fall too, when you want to take a break from the rich, heavy, creamy scents. Lacoste opens up with juicy notes of pineapple, which is quite prominent well until the scent settles onto my skin and starts to fade throughout the day. There's a softness from the vanilla and white florals and a refreshing zest from the mandarin that keeps is quite fresh and youthful. Eau de Lacoste is a very casual, everyday scent - its feminine, soft and quite sweet with a certain sophistication. Definitely a lovely scent that I could wear everyday, especially in the spring and summer.

Have you tried Eau de Lacoste?
