Laura Mercier's Bonne Mine Stick Face Color in Peach Glow

Laura Mercier Bonne Mine Stick Face Color ($32; lauramercier.com)is a new launch, a convenient blush/highlighter in a stick form that adds a natural looking hint of color to the cheeks. Bonne Mine comes in four shades - Pink Glow, Peach glow, Bronze Glow and Coral Glow. I got to try out Peach Glow, a shimmery peachy pink with hints of gold. *Press Sample

The packaging is easy to travel with and there's quite a lot of product in there as well. Peach Glow works more like a highlight shade on my skintone than as a blush itself. There's quite a bit of finely milled shimmer that can accentuate large pores, so I prefer blending the smallest amount with my fingers onto cheekbones. It still is a fabulous color that looks really lovely against a tan and adds a bit of glow with a soft hint of color. The texture is creamy, blends really well and doesn't fade much if set with a good, translucent powder. Peach Glow is a also a really nice color that I like as an eye shadow as a super sheer wash. With a good primer underneath the color doesn't crease so much, but its not something I'd recommend for oily lids. Overall, I would love to see more matte shades in this range, something with a little less shimmer, because the formula is great and the texture and ease of use makes it a really nice multitasking product!

The color is much sheer and a bit more sheen-y when blended out.

Have you tried any of the new Laura Mercier Bonne Mine Stick Face Colors?
