Burt’s Bees has a few new holiday sets out and like every year, they have a great selection of the best sellers at a fabulous price point. Just a quick round up of a few kits I got to try out with quick thoughts!
Burt’s Bees Face Essentials ($14.99) comes with White Tea Towelettes, Peach & Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub, and Soap Bark, Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream and a cloth head band. While I haven’t tried everything from the set myself, I love the Peach and Willow bark Deep Pore Scrub. Its a creamy scrub, with larger than normal granules. I found the granules to be just a tad scratchy, but the scrub itself is really nice and leaves skin feeling glowy and soft. If you have normal to dry skin, its a good one to try!
Burt’s Bees Mani Pedi ($14.99) is a lovely little kit to pamper yourself at home. The kit comes with a Shea Butter Hand cream, a mini Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream, my favorite of which I’ve bought multiple tins of - its fabulous for dry cuticles and peeling nails, a Peppermint Foot Cream, great for the day since its fast absorbing and light with a minty tingle. Also included is a nice little canvas pouch that fits all these and more.
The Essential Burt’s Bees Kit ($9.99) is a mini size packed kit that comes with hand, foot and body care. It comes with a Classic Burt’s Bees Lip Balm, A Hand Salve, which is another heavy duty hand moisturizer for the driest of hands, a naturally nourishing milk and honey body lotion, a coconut foot cream, which for some odd reason hasn’t been the most moisturizing on me lately, but it smells amazing and has a very unique gel like texture. Theres also a soap bark & chamomile deep classing cream included, which is a normal, cream cleanser for all skin types. Overall, these make for some great gifts if you are on a budget and or would like to try a few products from the brand without breaking the bank!
