Dolce & Gabbana Dolce ($29 - $160) is a light, white floral with notes of Papaya Flower, White Daffodil, White Water Lily, Sandalwood, Neroli Leaves and Musk. I’ve tried my fair share of perfumes from Dolce & Gabbana and Dolce is among my least favorites so far.

Dolce is quite light, the opening is strongly fruity-floral and very nice for the Spring and Summer, but the fragrance becomes a little too generic for my liking as it dries down. I don’t get very much of the musk at all, its mostly the Lily and a little bit of Pear, although I don’t see Pear being listed among the notes. For an EDP, its not the most long lasting, but it is quite a safe perfume for work or just anywhere else when wouldn’t want something super strong. Its not a must have for me, I don’t think its particularly special, but if you like fruity florals that aren’t too strong, yet quite fresh and not too sweet, you might like Dolce.
