I’ve been wanting to try the new Guerlain KissKiss Lipsticks ($37; sephora.com) for a while now & finally picked up Beige Booster #303, a rosy pink with a hint of brown. Guerlain makes some fabulous lip products and the KissKiss lipsticks are no exception.
Beige Booster is a slightly shimmery, rosy pink with a bit of warm brown. Its a beautiful, swipe and go kind of color that would be an mlbb for a lot of skin tones. The KissKiss formula seems quite moisture rich, nourishing and very smoothing. The teeny tiny amount of shimmer isn’t gritty and the lipstick glides on effortlessly. Beige Booster isn’t the most pigmented, but isn’t a sheer lipstick by any means. I like moderately pigmented lipsticks that have a see through quality to them and this one is just that. The lasting power is about 2-3 hours after which most of it is gone. I don't find the formula to be drying, but it doesn’t add any extra dose of moisture either. The packaging is simple with a certain weight to it and the scent is quite strong, but not cloying. Overall, I love it, have no complaints about the formula, the color range is quite lovely and definitely worth trying at least a color or two! If you like everyday pinks and don’t want to bother with a gloss on top, Beige Booster is absolutely a beautiful color to look into!
