Clothing Boutique, Cache, has a new perfume out, called Beyond Haute ($64), a fruity floral summery concoction with notes of Passion Fruit, Green Pear, Peony, Waterlily, Bourbon Vanilla, White Cedarwood and Musk.
The fragrance is light, quite tropical and more of a sweet fruity scent that is nice for Spring and Summer. The opening is fresh with notes of Passion Fruit, Peony and Waterlily, while the dry down keeps it creamy with a whiff of the musk and cedar wood. I also get hints of Mango, although it is not being listed as part of the perfume notes. The packaging is very simple and chic and the bottle reminds me of a slimmer version of the Elie Saab fragrance bottles. Overall, its a light, clean spring/summertime scent with moderate longevity and the perfume itself is far less generic than most clothing retailer fragrances I’ve tried.
