Guerlain’s new Bloom Of Rose Fall '15 Collection has a new line of the KissKiss Roselip Hydrating & Plumping Tinted Lip Balms ($37; sephora.com) , a sheer formula with a glossy, lightweight finish.
Sheer lipsticks are what I gravitate towards most, so these were right up my alley. Wonder Violette, a sheer plum is what I picked up. Going by their description, I assumed it would be rather sheer and glossy, which is what it is. It goes on much lighter than how it looks, yet manages to deliver a gorgeous wash of color with a hint of glossy shine. I love the beautiful, weighty, luxurious packaging, similar to their KissKiss lipsticks, but in white. The formula is very comfortable, a tad scented and hydrating. Wonder Violette is a great way to wear a slightly darker wash of color without full coverage and perfect for fall. I definitely will be picking up a shade or two more, probably from the lighter choice of colors from this range. Overall, I love it, the formula, colors, packaging and everything about the Guerlain KissKiss Rose Lip Tinted Balms. If you like sheer, glossy lip colors, these are definitely worth checking out!
This color looks gorgeous on and since I have the same coloring I now know that it will look great on me too.
