Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser and Rosehip Cleanser

Indie Lee is a skincare brand that I’ve only recently discovered after a few rave reviews from here and there and have been absolutely loving whatever I've tried so far.

The Brightening Cleanser ($32; us.spacenk.com) was one of my very first products which I absolutely loved and then got the Rosehip Cleanser too. The Brightening Cleanser is a gel based cleanser that doesn't  foam much, but does the job effectively. It has a very strong strawberry scent which is fresh, not too bothersome for me since it washes off and doesn’t linger. The Brightening Cleanser, as the name suggests, is aimed at brightening skin and adding a bit of glow to dull skin while gently cleansing. The Rosehip Cleeanser ($32; us.spacenk.comis very similar in texture, less slippery though and is aimed at nourishing skin, less scented and better for sensitive noses.

Both are skin cleansers and not the best at makeup removal so they work better on slightly clean skin or when there’s not much makeup removal to be done. While not too foaming, they both work very well. I do prefer the Brightening Cleanser a little more than the Rosehip cleanser since the effects are much more visible and instant. They are both non-stripping and very gentle on dry skin with absolutely no residue left behind. Overall, fabulous, must try cleansers that do a great job at cleansing the skin, even though not the best at removing long wear makeup. Perfect choices if you are looking for a second cleanser or something for non-makeup days.
