L’Occitane’s Peony line features some really nice bath and body products that layer beautifully with each other and leave a delicate trail of floral fragrance behind. The Pivoine Flora Beauty Milk ($27; usa.loccitane.com) is a lightewight body lotion with a lovely fragrance, not too strong, but good enough to linger a little throughout the day. Like most body lotions I’ve tried from L’occitane, this one too sinks in fast and leaves no residue. I am more of a shower person, so I have used the Peony Bi-Phase Shower Oil ($36; usa.loccitane.com) only a few times, but absolutely loved it. Its a luxurious bath oil that is mildly foaming and turns the water soft and milky. It isn’t drying and is perfect if followed up with the Beauty Milk since the fragrance layers really well. Overall, great bath & body picks from the Pivoine Flora line by L’Occitane and the Beauty Milk especially is perfect for summer when you don’t like heavier body butters and want just a light veil of moisture without the stickiness. *Press Samples
