Granada by Oscar de la Renta ($150 for 3.4 oz; saksfifthavenue.com) is a fresh citrus floral fragrance with notes of Italian Bergamot, Indian Jasmine Sambac, Madagascar Black pepper, Indian Cardamom and Tunisian Rose Absolute.Granada is a fragrance with great longevity and sillage. Its a very famine, romantic scent that opens up with notes from the Jasmine, Bergamot and a touch of Black Pepper. The Black Pepper adds a punch and keeps the opening from turning too heady. Granada is undoubtedly floral and the dry down is much softer compared to the strong opening, yet the fragrance manages to linger throughout the day. Overall, a gorgeous summer fragrance that I could actually wear any time of the year and a good one to look into if you like strong, yet feminine, chic florals.
