Cargo’s Venice Enchantment Palette ($34; kohls.com) is fairly new, and a very gorgeous palette featuring mostly nudes in a creamy, smooth formula. The eyeshades are very soft to the touch and have great pigmentation and blendability. They are all shades I mostly gravitate towards. I haven’t tried eyeshadows from Cargo, this being one of my first trials at their eyeshadow formula and these are quite nice and wear pretty well over a primer. I do find that they crease after the 6 hour mark on my dry skin. The mattes were close to perfect, while the shimmery shades had a touch of fall out that can be cleaned up pretty easily. Overall, its a pretty great eyeshadow palette with a beautiful selection of very wearable colors for any neutral lover!
