Quick Reviews of Skin, Body and Haircare I'm Loving From DDF, Molton Brown, Sebamed and More!

I’ve been trying quite a few new to me products from DDF, Molton Brown and Sebamed the past month or so, and here are my quick thoughts!

Molton Brown’s Pink Pepperpod Nourishing Body Lotion ($42; shop.nordstrom.com) is a light hand and body lotion, fragranced with spicy notes of pink pepper and ginger. Its a beautiful, lightweight lotton that absorbs pretty quickly. I love the Pink Pepperpod range from Molton Brown - it has a gorgeous fragrance that’s so fresh and lingers on the whole day!

Sebamed Hand and Body Care - The whole Sebamed Range is very gentle, balancing and non drying. Absolutely love the Liquid Face and Body Wash ($19.95; sebamedusa.com) and the Spa Shower ($15.49; sebamedusa.com) on days when I want squeaky clean, but something that’s also kind on my sensitive skin. I haven’t tried the Liquid Face and Body Wash on my face though, but it sure is one of my favorite body washes that’s on rotation right now along with the Spa Shower. The Hand and Nail Balm ($13.49; sebamedusa.com) is quite nice to throw into your purse and more of a light lotion consistency with a mild scent. Its good for use during the day and good to maintain rather than cure.

DDF Sensitive Skin Cleansing Gel ($39; dermstore.com), is a very light, foaming, cleansing gel for sensitive skin types. It is quite nice when there isn’t too much makeup to cleanse and works great while in the shower when my face just needs a gentle cleanse.

Biore Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub ($9.99; ulta.com) is new and works similar to a face scrub. I found this to be a tad drying, but on the plus side, it gets rid of most gunk and leaves a squeaky clean face. Not something I’d recommend using regularly but once or twice a week is good enough. The scent is very citusy and fresh too. Its also a good one to have in hand when you have a breakout or two and want to get rid of it faster.

Fekkai Essential Shea Shampoo and Conditioner ($20 each; fekkai.com) - Similar to PrX Reparatives, this one too is pretty nourishing and very hydrating. Its good for dry, frizzy hair. The she butter can weight hair down just a little, but the range is fabulous for unmanageable hair that leans dry!

Josie Maran Argan Daily Moisturizer SPF 47 Protect + Perfect ($36; sephora.com) adds a pretty warm tint and protects skin with the goodness of Argan Oil. The tint might be a tad too dark for someone with lighter skin tone than mine, but for medium/dark skin tones its quite a natural looking tint which also masks the white cast from a physical sunscreen. I also like how lightweight it feels through the day.
