Morgan Taylor ($9; loxabeauty.com) is a nail polish brand new to me, from which I recently tried their summer collection, Street Beat, a six piece collection featuring summer brights. Most colors in this collection are almost neon when applied two coats of, and have a slightly matte finish without a top coat on. I found the formula to be consistent, needing 2-3 coats for opacity. The brush was easy to work with and the consistency was quite nice, quick to dry, needing very less cleanup. I prefer these with a glossy top coat, without which they dry to a satin matte finish.
