I've been loving these two moisturizers with sunscreen by MDSolarSciences and Elizabeth Arden this summer!
MDSolarSciences Daily Anti Aging Moisturizer SPF30 ($68; shop.nordstrom.com) is a nice, daily moisturizer for dry/combination skin that layers well under makeup and keeps skin hydrated without the greasy feel. It does take a while to completely sink in and can look a tad shiny for the first few minutes, but once it completely sinks, it is residue free. Unlike most moisturizers with sunscreen, it doesn’t have the white cast and is quite lightweight too. If you have dry skin, and are looking for a moisturizer with sunscreen that isn’t too thick, but easy to work with, this is definitely one to look into!
Prevage City Smart Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Hydrating Shield ($68; elizabetharden.com) is a new launch from Elizabeth Arden, a sheer, hydrating veil with anti aging properties that moisturizes and protects. It is lightly tinted and helps even skin tone and leaves a traceless, almost matte finish. It is easy to work with - no greasiness or heaviness and is lovely under makeup too. The tint is sheer, but adjusts to most skin tones and doesn’t look ashy. This is one that’d work for all skin types and great if you want a super lightweight sunscreen with anti aging benefits that feels very comfortable and works almost like a primer under makeup.
