The Only 1 Matte Lipstick is a new launch from Rimmel ($7.99; target.com), a new matte formula with a long wearing, velvet finish and full coverage. I tried two shades from the range - Leader Of The Pink, a medium pink and Trendsetter, a nude brown. The formula is quite matte and the pigmentation is great - very opaque, perfect full coverage in just one swipe. Leader Of The Pink is a much lighter pink on my pigmented lips than in the tube and Trendsetter is a light nude brown. The formula is moderately comfortable, can be a tad drying if not primed properly. The longevity is decent and the lipstick itself feels quite light for a full coverage matte. I do wish these were unscented though, since it is quite strongly scented and the scent lingers on for quite sometime. That apart, it is a nice budget friendly matte option and the colors are quite nice and wearable for the most part.
