The Gentle Foaming Face Wash ($36; elemis.com) and Hydra Boost Serum ($72 ;elemis.com) are two new launches from Elemis that I’ve now been loving for quite sometime. I like the Gentle Foaming Face Wash as a second cleanser after removing makeup. It does a good job of leaving skin feeling pretty clean without stripping skin of natural oils. It is quite fragranced though, but the formula is gentle enough to work on most skin types. The Hydra Boost Serum is a lightweight hydrating serum that I like under moisturizer during the day. The Hydra Boost line is targeted at normal-dry skin types that need a moisture boost without heaviness or tacky feeling. The serum absorbs quickly and does a great job of keeping my skin feeling balanced and well prepped for makeup. Overall, loving these two launches by Elemis, especially this time of the year when I don’t want to use anything too heavy or layer on too much skincare.
