The Artist Liquid Matte Lipsticks ($20; sephora.com) by Make Up For Ever are very lightweight, long-wear, budge proof liquid lipsticks. They dry completely matte and don't transfer. The application was super easy and the colors I tried are quite flattering on most medium-dark skin tones, making them great soft neutrals as well. 109 Praline is a rosy pink, a tad warm, but very beautiful that goes with just about anything. 203 Cold Pink is more of a cool toned plum pink that leans more mauve on me. Like all liquid lipsticks that dry matte, these too are just a tad high maintenance, but I do think that they are less drying as well. They are also very easy to apply, the applicator is perfect and the consistency is also a little bit on the thinner side which I like.
