The Osmosis Color Eye Pencils ($25; osmosisskincare.com) are a creamy, twist up eyeliner for the lash and waterline. They come in five shades, from a basic black to a soft brown and a shimmery blue. The eyeliner also comes with a sharpener and a smudge tip. Its a great eyeliner for the lash and waterline that manages to glide on well without any tugging, while adhering well to the inner rim too. Most of the colors I tried were quite pigmented, the brown and plum needed a couple of swipes to show up. They are very waterproof and tend to crease a little after the 6 hour mark, fading a little earlier along the waterline. Overall though, they are really nice and easy to work with that don’t set too fast and are quite forgiving if you want to smudge. Nice formula for a long stay liner that isn’t overly creamy, yet, doesn’t tug too much and one of the few that doesn’t irritate my waterline.
