The pen-like ultra fine tip is great for beginners too and the color is a super dark, slightly glossy black. Stila does some great eyeliners and this one is no exception. Its also a good one to have for when you want to line super close to your lash line, which makes lasher look fuller and less sparse. Also great for winging out your liner easily. It is very waterproof and needs a strong makeup remover or something oil based to get off. The tip is great for a super fine line, but can also be built up for a thicker line, if needed. Overall, easy to use, not messy, dries fast and stays put through the day!
