Six New And New To Me Summer Finds Under $15

Some great summer budget beauty finds and some new launches all under $15!

Six New And New To Me Summer Finds Under $15

The Alba Botanica Baby Mineral Sunscreen ($11.99; Whole Foods) is a great physical sunscreen, great for babies, toddlers, adults and anyone with sensitive skin. Its a gentle, non-irritating formula that washes off easily. There’s a mild, barely there scent that isn’t bothersome to me.

The Simple Hydrating Cleansing Oil ($13; walgreens.com) is a fabulous cleansing oil from the drugstore. Its amazing for the price point. I picked it up a couple of weeks back while looking for an affordable cleansing oil - the formula is gentle, does not make my eyes cloudy and also needs a second cleanser to get that squeaky clean, even though it doesn’t leave a film behind.

The NYX Lingerie Glosses ($6.99; ulta.com) come in a range of nudes ranging from pale pinks to wearable, pinky browns. The formula is a tad sticky and also long wearing, but also quite comfortable. There’s a slightly strong, cherry scent which I’m not a fan of, but it does dissipate pretty quickly.

The Avalon Organics Smooth Shine Apple Cider Shampoo and Conditioner ($10.99 each; Whole Foods) is a great, clean shampoo for normal hair that adds a lot of shine and bounce. It lathers really well for a sulfate-free shampoo, but it does leave my hair super tangly, so I would recommend a good conditioner/mask afterwards. The Conditioner is very light, good for someone with very fine hair that barely needs any detangling and just a light layer of moisture.

The Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer ($10.99; ulta.com) and the Sun Lover Glow Bronzer ($8.99; ulta.com) are both fairly new from Catrice. The primer leaves my face looking smooth, even and perfectly prepped for makeup. It leaves behind a light glow that isn’t shimmery or over the top and evens out my skintone and pigmentation pretty well. If you have drier skin though, be sure to moisturize well since this can cling onto dry patches a little. The Sun Lover Glow Bronzer is a light bonzer with a subtle glow that also works as a contour on my skin tone. They’re both perfect for a low key, subtle glow summer look and I’d definitely recommend.

OGX has launched a few new Dry Shampoos ($8.99; ulta.com) as part of their haircare lineup and they are great to take care of second or third day hair. The Coconut Miracle Oil and Teatree Mint, both smell amazing and don’t leave my hair feeling too crunchy or dry. On my darker hair, I did have to brush out my roots quite a bit to make the residue go away completely, but it is a great wallet-friendly dry shampoo that does just what it is supposed to do.
