Brand New Beauty Finds From Biosilk, Alterna, Fresh, Morgan Taylor and More!

The Volumizing Haircare With Rice Protiens and Ginseng is a new range from BIOSILK ($5.30- $42.70 ; biosilk.com). Its a sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner range that helps add a bit of volume. I quite liked the duo together and think they’re a good find for anyone with an oily scalp and drier ends. The shampoo doesn’t weigh hair down and there’s no residue from the conditioner as well.

The Bed Head Pixie On Point 1/2 inch Straightener ($29.99; ulta.com) is great for touchups or for anyone with a shorter style. While this may not be one that I’d recommend as your primary styling tool, its a good one that multitasks as a curling iron and straightener because of the shape. Its perfect for touchups and to maintain your style. It is dual voltage and easy to travel with.

The new Bond Repair range from Alterna’s Caviar Anti-Aging line is amazing, I am currently testing out a good chunk of the product line and will review them soon, but these three are ones that I would absolutely recommend as styling products if you have normal-dry hair that is prone to breakage. The Sealing Serum ($38; sephora.com) is a lightweight serum that can be used on dry or damp hair, while the Restructuring Bond Repair Leave-In Heat Spray ($32; sephora.com) is an awesome spray that adds so much shine, sleekness and volume to my hair. The Restructuring Bond Repair Leave-In Overnight Serum ($40; dermstore.com) is an overnight product that can be washed off the next day and one that doesn’t make pillowcases greasy. I would highly recommend the new Bond Repair Range by Alterna if you have normal-slightly dry and fine, frizzy hair and want something that doesn’t weigh hair down.

The Advanced Therapy Zodiac Collection is new from Fresh, launched as part of their Zodiac Sugar Lip Collection in 12 new designs. The classic Sugar Lip Treatment Advanced Therapy ($26; fresh.com), although a little waxy is a good one to have for the upcoming colder months.

Clove + Hallow makes some great, vegan makeup and their newest Cheek Collection features a liquid blush, highlighter and bronzing powder. The Hydratint in Velvet ($20; cloveandhallow.com) is a blendable, liquid to powder formula, while the Hydraglow in Renaissance ($20; cloveandhallow.com) is a subtle highlighter with a lovely sheen that I like to blend using fingers. The Bronzing Powder in Bora Bora ($15; cloveandhallow.com)
is a matte bronzer, although quite dark and slightly muddy for my skintone, it blends beautifully and is quite sheer.

Morgan Taylor makes some amazing nail lacquers and their Fall  2018 African Safari Collection ($9.50 each; ulta.com) has some gorgeous jewel tones for fall. The formula was just perfect and the lacquers wore with minimal chips for a good 4-5 days.
