The Kaja Roller Glow in Cosmic Laundry ($28; sephora.com) is a roll-on highlighting balm that is infused with super reflective pigments and ruby powder in a pearlescent cream base. The highlighting balm comes with a tiny roller like applicator for a sheer application of the product. The applicator feels spongy and soft, good if you like a sheer wash. Its easy to use, but I prefer using my fingers or a denser brush since this is a creamy, super blendable product but also something easy to go overboard with. The finish on Cosmic Laundry is a slightly frosty, rose gold sheen that can be used as a highlighter and even as an eyeshadow on light-medium skin tones. There is a bit of a visible shimmer-glitter, but the cream base makes it much easier to work with and not chunky. I do wish that the packaging was a bit less bulky, much like everything else from Kaja, but that apart, its a good highlighting balm and I hope to see more shades that would cater to medium-dark skin tones in the future.
