The Vital Skin-Strengthening Super Serum ($81; sephora.com) is a new serum from Kiehl’s that I’ve been using recently and loving as part of my skincare routine now. It's an all in one serum that can be used day and night to fight early signs of aging. The texture is super light, yet moisturizing and very fast absorbing as well. It features an Adaptogenic Herb Complex and Hyaluronic Acid that also helps calm skin and combat the signs of dullness with continued use. There’s a slight, herbal scent to the serum that isn’t strong that dissipates once it is absorbed. I like to combine this with a moisturizer on most days since my skin leans towards the drier side, but it will work like a light moisturizer on super humid days. It does have a slightly herbal scent that isn't too bothersome once the product absorbs. Overall, a great daily serum for anyone with early signs of aging, dryness, dullness or uneven texture and especially nice if you prefer light layering products that don’t feel greasy or heavy.
