bareMinerals Supernatural Collection - Marvelous Moxie Lip Gloss

bareMinerals has introduced two new shades of the Marvelous Moxie Lip Glosses ($18) as part of their Supernatural Collection. I found these glosses to be pretty amazing and very creamy texture-wise.

Top - Dreamer ; Bottom - Free Spirit

They have a slight minty smell and tingle but, I don't see any visible plumping effect. They go on smooth and although sticky, I don't find them to be uncomfortable or heavy on my lips. The wand is absolute perfection and deposits color beautifully.

Dreamer is a shimmery nude with a ton of gold shimmer. On my lips, it looks more like a shimmery gold so I love to layer it over another color and rarely ever wear it alone. The shimmer is so reflective, just a dab along the center of my lower lip gives the illusion of fuller looking lips.

Free Spirit  is a peachy, nude pink with a little less gold shimmer than Dreamer. I've worn this gloss so much over the last month and absolutely love it. The color will look great against most skin tones and goes beautifully with neutral and smokey eyes!

Free Spirit

Overall, I love the  Marvelous Moxie Lip Glosses and think they are pretty fabulous and very moisturizing too. They go on slightly sheer than how they look in the tube. If you have pigmented lips like me, Free Spirit is something you must check out!

L-R : Dreamer, Free Spirit

The Marvelous Moxie Lip glosses are also free of Parabens, Sulfates, Synthetic Fragrances, Synthetic Dyes & Petrochemicals.

Available July 2012 at ULTA, Sephora and online at

  1. I'm not sure about gold on my long do they stay on?

    1. Gold can look great over a pale lipstick esp for the evening! They last about a couple of hours maybe three max since they are sticky.
