L'Occitane One Minute Hand Scrub

The L'Occitane One Minute Hand Scub ($22), formulated with Organic Sugars and 15% Shea Oil is a bi-phase treatment to exfoliate and smooth hands and cuticles. The scrub which was limited edition, is now part of L'Occitane's permanent range. The formula also contains grapeseed and almond oil which makes it a super rich, luxurious treat for hands.

The dual phase formula needs a quick stir, so the oil and sugar form a mixture which is both emollient and gritty. I take a tiny amount with the spatula provided and massage in a little on my hands and cuticles. You could add a little bit of water if you want the sugars to dissolve completely. The scrub has a gritty consistency ,but when mixed in with the shea oil, it makes for an ultra rich, heavenly texture that moisturizes even the roughest of hands. It works great on ragged cuticles, making them look much healthier. There's a slight film of oil left after washing it off, but I still use a rich hand cream to lock in the moisture and softness.

Keep in mind that it has a pretty strong smell that lingers on for a while. It is a tad pricey but you only need a little bit every time. Whenever I need a quick fix for dry hands or an express manicure, I reach out to this one. There's absolutely nothing I do not like about this fantastic scrub and would highly recommend if you suffer from dryness and problematic cuticles or need a moisturizing, rich treatment for dry hands. It is excellent to be used on dry feet too!

Have you tried the L'Occitane One Minute Hand Scrub?
