YSL Creme de Blush in Velvety Peach ($38) is a cream to powder blush, with a luxuriously soft finish. Velvety Peach is a slightly warm, peachy coral with no hint of shimmer or glitter. The packaging is beautiful, slightly smaller than what I had expected, but no issues with that, as I've never actually finished a blush.

I love the silky smooth texture, the soft finish and the color of Velvety Peach against my skintone. It is quite pigmented as it is, but definitely sheers out to a peachy looking stain. Cream to powder finishes don't look too flattering on my dry skin, but this one has a slight sheen without the flat matte finish, so I quite like it. It also is very long wearing and is perfectly buildable for a stronger pop of color. Color wise, Velvety Peach is a softer, more toned down version of Bobbi Brown's Calypso Coral, sans the dewy finish. There's a slight, fruity scent, the same one that's present in a lot of other YSL products. Overall, pricey but definitely worth checking out at least a color or two - the finish is beautiful, the formula is super easy to work with on just about any skin type!
