Lacoste's newest scent for men, L!VE ($69; sephora.com) is described as a " fresh yet deep fragrance with an unexpected edge, for a generation in motion".
Notes include, Lime, Sandalwood, Guaic Wood, Fresh Aquatics and Licorice. Lacoste sent me a bottle to try out and I have to say, its one really unique and a rather nice bottle for a men's fragrance. L!VE is now part of my husband's perfume rotation for summer and he really loves the fresh scent with the slightest touch of smokiness from the woody notes. I did take a whiff of it myself and find the scent to be very energizing, with a slight hint of sweetness to the mix, with a musky, woodsy dry down. Its not too strong, neither too light which makes it a fragrance for all seasons.
