5 Budget Beauty Picks To Try Under $10

5 budget beauty picks to try, all under $10!

Creamy Lipsticks from AVON - Avon does make some really nice lipsticks for the price and these Ultra Color Indulgence Lip Colors ($9; avon.com) can be worn sheer or layered on for more color. The formula wears comfortably and does not dry lips out overtime. The darker colors can be a tad patchy in one swipe, but a couple of swipes sorts that out.

Eyeliners under $10 from Jane Cosmetics and New York Color - Gorgeous liners for the price and beautiful colors too!  I love the brighter ones as a pop of color along the lash line and the muted ones like regular lines along the lash line. Both the NYC Automatic HD Liners ($1.99; drugstore.com) and Jane Water Resistant Eyeliners ($6; ulta.com) did bother my waterline just a tad, so I would keep it to the lash lines. The formula is smooth, the colors are quite saturated, easy to smudge out and do not move around once they set!

Glitzy Top Coats from Essence & Sally Hansen - While not a big fan of the super chunky textured polishes anymore, I prefer these layered over cremes once in a while. The Essence Shake Me I’m Pretty Holographic Top Coat ($2.99; ulta.com) is quite nice and very subtle over any polish and adds an interesting touch without too much glitter. The Sally Hansen Special Effects in Intsa-Ombre($5.99; drugstore.com) and Pearl Crush ($5.99; drugstore.com) are both a little more shimmer/glitter packed, but good once in a while if you can find a good remover that gets it off without too much effort. The Pearl Crush especially has a beautiful reflective quality that looks nice when layered over nudes. The chunky particles are very difficult to pick up using the flat brush though.
