Burt's Bees Renewal Skincare

Burt's Bees Renewal Day Lotion SPF 30 and Intensive Firming Serum Review, Photos

Burt’s Bees' Renewal Range is one very affordable range of skincare from the drugstores that has impressed me quite a bit. A couple of products I tired out are the Renewal Firming Day Lotion SPF 30 ($20; target.com), day cream with physical sunscreen and a sheer, lightweight moisturizer that dries to an almost invisible finish and wears well under makeup. The Renewal Intensive Firming Serum ($20; target.com) is lighter than the moisturizer, I use about 2-3 drops and both layer beautifully without any residue or tackiness. The scent can be a tad overwhelming on both these, but dissipates fast. My skin feels very comfortable and the moisturizer especially is perfect for summer when you don’t want something too heavy, but want the hydration and a little bit of sun protection. The moisturizer is packaged in a heavy glass bottle with a pump dispenser and the serum comes in an opaque plastic bottle with a dropper, both very practical and neat. Overall, the two products I’ve tried from the Renewal Range are both great for the price and the moisturizer especially is something I will look into again once I run out!
