Two new haircare sets to check out this holiday season from Living Proof and MoroccanOil! They’re both two haircare lines I absolutely love and these kits make for great holiday gifts!
The Living Proof Spread Cheer & Perfect Hair Kit ($25; sephora.com) comes with three of Living Proof’s best sellers. The Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo is a full size, while the Perfect Hair Day Shampoo and Conditioner are both generous deluxe sizes, great for travel! The Perfect Hair Day shampoo cleanses nicely and leaves hair feeling smooth, shiny and cleaner without weighing it down while the conditioner is lightweight, yet gets the job done beautifully. The Dry Shampoo is one of the nicest I’ve tried - just be sure to work with it quickly to avoid any white cast, but you can stretch washing your hair by a day or two since it does a fabulous job of soaking up the oils, adding a bit of a root lift and leaves hair smelling fantastic!
Great Hair Day ($49; moroccanoil.com) is a hydrating, nourishing haircare kit from Moroccanoil! It comes with full sizes of the Moisture Repair Shampoo & Conditioner and a Deluxe size of the Smoothing Lotion. These three work fabulously on frizzy hair that needs some extra nourishment and leaves hair smooth, shiny and tangle free. I love the scent of the Moroccanoil haircare line in general and how long it lingers. The Shampoo and Conditioner are very hydrating, but be sure to use a clarifying shampoo in between washes. The Smoothing Lotion is nice to use after the shampoo, especially great when used in conduction with heat styling - leaves hair smooth, soft and extremely manageable.
