Six Under $50 Holiday Gifts At Sephora

A quick roundup of a few nice, under $50 finds at Sephora I'm currently loving!

Kat Von D Everlasting Mini Liquid Lipstick Set ($49;  is an eight piece kit with mini sizes of the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick by Kat Von D. The formula on these were consistent, they stained quite a bit and the cream to matte formula needs a good heavy duty makeup remover to get off. Although I can't pull off the bright pops of colors, I love the warmer pinks in this kit. Like most liquid lipsticks, these are quite high maintenance and need well primed lips, but if you like the matte look, these are great!

The Estee Edit Guest Editor Skincare Picks Go Glow ($42. is a nice collection of a few products from The Estee Edit.  The Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II is always a staple in my skincare routine so its nice to have a baby size. The Stress Relief Eye Mask and Pink Peony Overnight Water Pack are things I’m yet to try, but the Beam Team Hydrate + Glow (sheer golden-beige) is a nice little primer to add a bit of glow. The highlighter that comes with it can look a tad shimmery under certain lights, but overall, a good primer for most skin types, especially dry, if you like the naturally dewy look.

The Tarte Kiss Bliss Tartiest Creamy Matte Lip Paint & Crayon Set ($46;  is a ten piece kit with five of Tarte’s Lip Crayons and Matte Lip Paints. The Tartiest Matte Lip Paints are a true matte finish, while the pencils have great color payoff and creaminess. The textures of the Matte Lip Paints were a mixed bag, some going on more patchy than the others. I do love the color selection in here though!

Sephora Advent Calendar 2016 ($45; sold out within a few days and it comes with a nice selection of products from the Sephora Collection, with a mix of mini and full sizes. This is one to keep an eye on, if it ever comes back in stock before the holidays.

Formula X In The City ($36.50; is a selection of mini Formula X polishes, all great colors in a nice, opaque formula. I quite like the formula of these polishes and the mini sizes are really cute!

Bumble and Bumble is one of my favorite hair care brands. A Few Of Our Favorite Things ($39; is a really nice kit with some of the brand’s nicest selection of haircare. The Repair Blow Dry is fabulous for dry hair and the Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil Primer is a fantastic one for all hair types. The products are a pretty good deluxe sizes too!
