Gelato Crush is a new summer collection by Elizabeth Arden featuring wearable summer brights in sheer finishes and easy to wear textures The collection features three new products - Plush Up Lip Gelato ($26; elizabetharden.com), a sheer satin finish lipstick, Plump Up Lip Liner ($21; elizabetharden.com) that is long wearing and creamy and the Cool Glow Cheek Tints ($26; elizabetharden.com) .The Plush Up Lip Gelato is a sheer lip tint that is buildable and has a satin finish. It has a slight minty tingle and feels very moisturizing and smooth on the lips. When paired with the Plump Up Liners, they stay on for a good few hours, but on their own, they tend to fade after a couple of hours just like any other sheer product. I love these kinda light lipsticks and these are just perfect for the summertime. The lipliners are long stay and come with a brush on the other end for great definition. The Cool Glow Cheek Tints are sheer, gel-cream blushes that have a cooling sensation upon applying and add a very pretty, subtle stain as they fade. I like to use a stippling brush with these and they blend beautifully. They also add a very lovely sheen to the cheeks that looks very natural sans any glitter. Overall, a very gorgeous summery collection with lightweight textures, quick and easy to work with products in some very beautiful colors.
