Pat McGrath Labs Permagel Ultraglide Eye Pencil ($25; sephora.com) in Xtreme Black is a long wearing, creamy eyeliner for the lash and waterline. The packaging is gorgeous, though the eyeliner itself is minimalistic and a basic, but beautiful creamy black. I love how soft it is, yet manages to adhere well to the waterline. The pigmentation on this one is fabulous and a jet black. Its not completely matte and has a soft sheen to it which I love. Although it is budge proof, it has quite a forgiving texture and takes a few seconds to set if you want to smudge it out. It also comes with a sharpener included. The texture could slightly melt in warmer weather, but that apart I have no complaints and would absolutely recommend this.
