The Yes To Coconut Coconut Oil Cleansing Balm ($10.99; target.com) is a great budget friendly cleansing balm with a balm to oil consistency that gets rid of most makeup, including waterproof. The coconut oil helps with getting rid of stubborn makeup and the balm consistency is perfect for dry skin. It comes with a sponge, which I haven’t used at all since I always rely on my trusty warm washcloth with any makeup remover. I assume the sponge may not be the best at removing makeup and I also prefer the slight exfoliation from the warm washcloth. I found this balm to be very non drying, easy to work with and easy to wash off with a washcloth, but there is a slight residue that would need a second cleanse afterwards. Overall, a good, budget friendly makeup remover for dry skin and maybe normal too, if you can use a second cleanser or a washcloth to go with it. The scent is not overwhelming and a little bit goes a really long way.
