The Norvina Eyeshadow Palette ($42; sephora.com) is new from Anastasia, a fourteen pan jewel toned, matte and glitter packed shadow palette. The colors are quite wearable for the most part and the shadows blend very nicely with minimal fall out. The mattes were super pigment packed and need only a light wash for the color to show up. The color pay off on the foils were great too, just be sure to pat with fingers or a flat brush since there is a bit of fallout and could get messy. The selection of colors in here is fabulous this time around and some of the jewel tones make for great all over lid shades for fall. The foils don’t look overly sparkly, rather more metallic and shimmery. The lasting power is great on these shadows - I did not use a primer and had almost 5-6 hours of crease free wear. If you like neutrals with a twist and want an interesting palette with wearable colors, but not something that is too bold, Norvina is a great palette to look into.
