Three Great Primers To Try For Dry Skin

I’ve been loving these three new primers from Algenist, beautyblender and Catrice.

Three Great Primers To Try For Dry Skin

The beautyblender Opal Essnce Serum Primer ($32; sephora.com) is a thick gel primer with an iridescent sheen. It has a nice slip to it and absorbs instantly. It adds a nice dewy base and evens out my complexion and makes my pores looks a tad smaller. My foundation does on smoother and I’d definitely recommend this if you have dry/dull skin and want a non greasy primer.

The Algenist Reveal Color Correcting Radiant Primer ($36; sephora.com) is a skin tone correcting primer that adapts to your skin tone and evens out the complexion, overall. It has a nice moisturizing feel to it and can be worn on its own on no makeup days. It also doesn’t feel sticky or greasy and is great for sensitive skin with redness issues.

The Catrice Morning Glow Light Correcting Serum Primer ($10.99; ulta.com) is a lightweight, illuminating primer that can also be mixed with foundation for a subtle glow. A little goes a really long way with this one, especially if you have medium-dark skin tone. It can also be used as a highlighter and I love the packaging with the dropper that makes it very convenient to use. Catrice has some really lovely primers as part of their Light Correcting Serum Primer range that are worth checking out, including this one.
