Makeup, Beauty and More: Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizers in Bisque and Tawny

Laura Mercier recently formulated their Tinted Moisturizers ($47; sephora.com) and the new range comes with 20 shades, infused with skincare benefits and SPF 30 to protect. The new formula is great and not very different from the old one, while providing the same sheer-medium coverage. This one feels a bit more moisturizing and doesn't have a whitish cast. The shade range is pretty impressive and since it is on the sheer side, there’s a shade for most skin tones. I used a light layer of this - mixed in Tawny and Bisque for my exact match for this time of the year, but I am sure I can find one that matches me even without mixing the shades together. I prefer using my fingers and although I needed a concealer for a few spots and under the eye area, I still did not need much at all for my face. The overall look is very natural looking and perfect for an everyday, daytime look without the heavy, cakey feel that comes from a full coverage foundation.
