Kerastase Chronologiste Haircare

Kerastase Chronologiste Haircare Review, Photos

Chronologiste is a new haircare range from Kerastase, formulated with ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E, helps hair and scalp regain moisture and adds a lot of bounce and shine to dull hair. The entire range is beautifully fragranced, but not too overpowering and the formulas feel like a luxurious treat for your hair. The five product range includes everything from a pre-shampoo treatment, a shampoo to a hair mask, blow dry cream and even a perfumed oil. The Bain Regenerant Shampoo ($38; kerastase-usa.com) is a balancing shampoo that cleanses without stripping and does not weigh my hair down. It does seem like quite a concentrated formula, hence little goes a really long way. The Pre-Cleanse Regenerant Hair Scrub($46; kerastase-usa.com) is a really nice pre shampoo treatment that gets your scalp squeaky clean. It preps the scalp for shampoo and can be combined with the shampoo if you tend to have a lot of buildup and an oily scalp.

The Masque Intense Regenerant Hair Mask ($70; kerastase-usa.com) is an amazing mask to detangle, moisturize and add a lot of bounce and shine to hair. It is super easy to wash off and my hair feels soft and manageable after every use. The Thermique Regenerant Blow Dry Primer ($52; kerastase-usa.com) and Huile De Parfum Fragrance-In-Oil ($72; kerastase-usa.com) are both great styling products that I love to use when I air dry or before heat styling. The oil does feel a bit more moisturizing than the blow dry primer, which is more of a lightweight cream and depending on your hair type, I’d use one of these. I do have to say that although the scent of this line is subtle compared to many other Kerastase ranges I have used, it really is a sophisticated, grown up floral scent. It doesn’t bother me since it isn't too strong, but is something to keep in mind if you have a sensitive nose. Overall, its a great collection and if you, like me have thin hair that gets oily at the scalp and drier towards the end and feels lackluster from time to time, Chronologiste is a great range to try!
