Hope Springs Eternal ($20; shop.nordstrom.com) is a four piece collection from Deborah Lippman for Spring’21, featuring wearable neutrals and pinks. The colors are gorgeous and the Gel Lab Pro formula is great for anyone wanting gel like color and opacity. When Doves Cry is a beautiful grey creme that goes on super smooth and effortless. It was opaque in one coat, similar to Pretty Fly which is also a one-coater with a thick, yet smooth formula. Pretty Fly is a perfect spring/summer shade that you just can't go wrong with. Love Me Tender is a gorgeous neutral that would flatter a variety of skin tones and a perfect nude for all through the year. Go Your Own Way is more of a sheer topper that looks great over pinks and nudes. The Gel Lab Pro formula is great if you want a thicker gel like texture that wears a little longer than the regular formula. It does take a little longer to dry, but once dry and set with a top coat, it has a really nice, glossy finish. I also like the brush that isn’t too wide or too thin, making it deposit polish evenly, perfect even if you are not a pro at application.
