The NEST Perfume Oil Collection ($98; sephora.com) launched recently in five gorgeous scents that blend a hand harvested single note ingredient in a nourishing baobab oil base. I tried out Turkish Rose and Indian Jasmine from the range and absolutely love them both. They are both light spring florals, but also scents that I would wear all through the year. Indian Jasmine is unlike any other Jasmine I have tried, and doesn't feel too heady, yet lingers on through the day. It has a slight element of sweetness without being too cloying. The notes include Indian Jasmine Absolute, Red Berries and Pink Pepper. Its a light and crispy floral, very fresh and perfect for this time of the year. Turkish Rose is a powdery, soft floral with a slightly woody dry down. The notes include Dewy Turkish Rose, Black Plum and Blonde Woods. I'm a sucker for rose based fragrances and this one is no exception. I found the longevity on both these perfume oils to be amazing and they lasted all day on my skin. The smooth texture of the oil is easy to apply and the bottle design is gorgeous. Overall, I’d definitely recommend these since the scents are very unique and the oils can also be mixed with one another to create a custom fragrance.
