Essence Holiday Advent Calendar & Lash Princess Mascara Set

Essence is one of my favorite brands where I have found so many hidden gems over the years. It's a fabulous brand for anyone starting with makeup or if you are on a budget and are looking for great quality makeup.The Advent Calendar ($44; essencemakeup.com) is new for the holidays and comes with 24 beauty surprises wrapped nicely. It includes a nice assortment of accessories, makeup, skincare and brushes. I love their blushes and highlighters - they have a smooth formula and a really nice texture that blends flawlessly. The Essence Lash Princess Mascara Set ($14.99; ulta.com) is also another amazing kit for the price. The Lash Princess Mascara range features mascaras that lengthen, volumize and separate lashes giving them a false lash effect. They have worked so well on my short, stubby lashes. They make for great stocking stuffers and are fantastic for the price.
