Lancome's Lash Idole Ultra Precise Waterproof Liners ($23; lancome-usa.com) now have a few new shade additions and are longwearing liners that are pigmented, smooth and easy to use. The slightly stiff, yet flexible tip is amazing for precision and helps with great liner application even for beginners. I have tried the Glossy Black from this range before and loved the formula and the other new shade additions are just as good. The new shades include Syrup Brown, Aegean Blue,Emerald Green and Shadow Grey. The finish is a slightly shiny, satin matte that looks great with just some neutral eyeshadow and mascara. While these are very long wearing, I’d call them more water resistant that waterproof, but on the plus side, are easier to get off without tugging or rubbing on the eyes too much with a basic cleansing balm. The blues and greens look so flattering on everyone with just the right pop of color and the grays and browns are a fantastic alternative to black. Overall, I’d recommend them if you love the Lancome Lash Idole liner formula and/or love liquid liners that are easy to apply in general and come in fun, yet sophisticated colors!
