ILIA's Thru Line Waterproof Eyeliners ($26; sephora.com) are new and come in ten gorgeous colors. They are all muted, wearable shades, perfect for everyday wear and for a minimal, no makeup makeup look. I love the colors in here and how easy it is to apply. The formula is smooth and does not tug or pull on the lash and waterlines. Like everything else from ILIA this one too is a clean formulation and contains avocado oil for a smooth, rich, easy to apply texture.
The shimmer shades are perfect to be layered as well. The color payoff is great and the selection of browns especially is amazing for anyone wanting a soft smokey look. The formula is waterproof once set and easy to sharpen. These also don't set super quick, so there is time to smudge and play around for a few seconds. If you like subtle, yet slight pops of color that also work as everyday basics in your makeup bag, these are highly recommended!
