Miracle Skin Transformer | Miracle Balm and Miracle Revival Mud

Miracle Skin Transformer is a brand I've never tried much of, until recently when I got to try out two of the brand's most popular skincare products - the Miracle Balm ($38; ulta.com) , a multipurpose balm for the face and body, that helps hydrate and visibly improve distressed skin and the Miracle Revival Mud ($36; ulta.com), a mud mask that purifies, detoxifies and hydrates skin without stripping it of natural oils.

The Miracle Balm is quite a multi-purpose product. It has a slightly thick, silky, cream to oil consistency that can be used alone or mixed with foundations that tend to look too flat. I like using it alone, under makeup, only where needed, than mixing it with anything else. Its quite a nourishing, soothing balm that doesn't have any sort of glitter or shimmer, but manages to leave skin looking dewy and soft. It is loaded with quite a few oils and richer ingredients though, so if you have oily/acne prone skin, use with caution.

The Miracle Revival Mud is my favorite of the two products. Unlike many clay/mud masks, this one isn't drying and has good exfoliating properties as well. It looks chunky in the tub, but is quite easy to spread and wash off. While I did not see a drastic difference in my blackheads, my skin looked visibly brighter and very soft without feeling stripped. Its also quite a powerful detox mask for when your skin is feeling congested and in need for a deep cleanse.
