The Algenist GENIUS Liquid Lip Collagen ($35; sephora.com) is a lightweight vegan collagen treatment that helps visibly fill out lines in and around the lip area. It comes with a convenient applicator and is great, almost undetectable under lip balms and other lip colors too. There’s no waxy feel or heaviness and feels more like a serum that goes under lip care products than a moisturizer by itself. Overtime it does help my lips retain moisture, but also needs to be reapplied and also to be done consistently. Overall, if you want something in addition to your lip balm that helps with adding an extra ayer of moisture, this is worth looking into.
