A gorgeous nude lip combo from Laura Mercier I’m currently loving and would recommend especially or most medium/dark skin tones. The Lip Pencil in Chestnut ($24; sephora.com), followed by the Lip Glace in Blush ($25; sephora.com). Chestnut is a nice nude brown, with a hint of mauve. The formula is the right balance between too soft and too glide-y, so it adheres well to the lips. I like to fill my lips in with the pencil and then top it off with the Lip Glace in Blush which is a pinky brown with very subtle shimmer, that adds a nice dimension. Blush is non-sticky, smooth and great on its own too, but when paired with the lip liner, it is particularly fabulous and lasts a bit longer than when worn alone. If you have pigmented lips and are looking for a wearable nude lip, try these two together for an almost perfect nude lip that won’t wash you out!
