I love cream eyeshadows, especially if they come in a stick/crayon form and these new Make Up For Ever Aqua Resist Smoky Shadows ($23; sephora.com) are my current favorite for a quick and easy neutral eye look. They are twist up chunky pencils that can also be used as liners. I picked up a couple of the neutral shades - Pink Canyon and Earth. Pink Canyon is a bronzy mauve, while Earth is a copper-bronze. I love how pigmented these are and how smooth and easy they go on. They do set quickly, so blending or smudging them as soon as you apply them is the key to effortless blending. I like using my fingers and mostly use these by themselves with some kohl and mascara for a super quick, effortless eye look. I haven't seen too much smudging or transfer with either of these colors, and needed a good oil based remover to get them off. Overall, if you like long wearing cream shadows that are super easy to work with, give these a try!
