Burberry Beauty Spring/Summer'15 'The Birds and The Bees' Makeup Collection | New Products, Info & Photos

Burberry unveiled its latest make up look today at their womenswear Spring Summer 2015 show. Previewing new additions to Burberry Make-up, the look is inspired by the latest runway’s themes, and is entitled ‘The Birds and The Bees’.

Developed by Burberry Make-up Artistic Consultant Wendy Rowe, under the creative direction of Chief Creativeand Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Bailey, the look features:

• Honey skin with an iridescent glow

• Tawny eyes washed with nude hues to create natural depth

• Deep ruby red lips that are slightly matte

• Nails in new shades of blue, green and pink

A new highlighter/blush palette with the engraving "Rain Or Shine", Eyeshadows in Pink Rose, Aqua Green, Stone Blue and The Nail Polishes are what seem to be new to the collection. Fresh Glow Foundation is new as well, and the Efforless Eyebrow Definer Launches in October. Everything else January 2015!

New limited edition shades have been introduced to the Burberry Nail Polish collection, inspired by the Spring Summer 2015 runway accessories and ready-to-wear. Two three-piece nail polish collections will be available to purchase from Burberry.com following the show for a limited time only – months before the collection launches in store in January 2015.

SKIN

• Apply Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base in Golden Radiance No.02 to the face, ears and décolletage like a moisturiser to give an iridescent glow
• Apply Fresh Glow B.B Cream in the same way, to the face, ears and décolletage like a moisturiser to even the complexion. Blend well around the jaw-line to give a natural look
• Apply Fresh Glow Foundation where needed to reduce redness, for example around the nose
• Use Sheer Concealer to highlight (paler yellow shades) the face – on the forehead, nose, Cupid’s bow, chin, and under eyes (rose-toned shades) to diminish dark circles. Use a mix of the two shades to even the complexion

EYES

• Keep lashes bare for a modern feel
• Apply Light Glow Earthy Blush No.7 across the eyelid, blending up to the socket line. Intensify the colour closer to the lash line and use a wider brush to wash the colour under the lower lash line
• Groom the brows, use the Effortless Eyebrow Definer where needed to create a natural shape


LIPS

• Accentuate the shape of the mouth by first applying a little Fresh Glow Foundation
• Apply Lip Cover in Ruby No.18 to the lips

NAILS

• Coat nails with Nail Polish in Hydrangea Pink No.402, Bright Coral Red No.414, Pink Azalea No.223, StoneBlue No.431, Aqua Green No.418 or Imperial Blue No.429
